3. Restaurant Owner Accounts

Registered restaurant owners may submit offers for review. All offers are subject to approval before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove offers that are misleading, inaccurate, or violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of all business content you submit to the Service, including offers, images, descriptions, pricing information, and other materials.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, promote, and distribute that content on the Service. You also authorize us to analyze, process, aggregate, and derive business insights from your content to improve the Service and develop analytics and reports (which may be anonymized or aggregated for general platform improvement).

You represent that you own or have the right to use all submitted content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent offers or business information
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
